HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN DEFINITION OF SUCCESS

Nowadays with social media, it’s easy for us to get caught up in other people’s versions of success. We may feel we have to strive for the 5 bed house, the 6 figure business or the latest car and we can feel like anything outside of what’s portrayed as successful online, isn’t success. This can lead us to feeling like we’re not good enough, like we haven’t achieved enough or like we’re a failure.
One of the first things I encourage my clients to do is create their own definition of success and that's exactly what I'm going to help you do in this episode of The Confidence Show.
JOURNAL PROMPTS:
How do I want to feel on a daily basis?
What specific feelings bring me a sense of success?
If money were no object, how would I spend an ordinary day?
What could I do every single day that would bring me joy, regardless of whether I was paid for it or not?
If I was completely honest with myself, what would I really love to have?
If money were no object and thoughts of other people thinking of me as greedy, selfish or extravagant disappeared, what would I buy for myself?
Imagine a genie shows up with unlimited wishes, what would you ask for?
PLUS: I have a brand new free course for you that you can access here and if you need extra support with achieving your goals, learn more about the 30 Day Reset here.
