Valentine's Love List: 9 Things I Think You'll Love

To ‘celebrate’ (I use this word loosely) Valentine’s Day this year, I thought I’d share a little round up of 9 things I love right now.

This list contains products I’m obsessed with, courses I recommend for improving your relationship with money, friends and your body, plus I’ve also shared links to my love-focused content I think you’ll enjoy:

1: Caudalie Vinopure Spot Solution

I've been using the Vinoperfect serum (a Vitamin C alternative) for nearly a year now and I'm obsessed. Vit C always breaks me out but this is magic in a bottle. The scent, the way it's brightened my skin and improved the dark spots is just *chef's kiss*. I'm also about to finish my second bottle of the Beauty Elixir Prep, Set, Glow face mist which'll be swiftly replaced. But the product I really wanted to highlight is the Vinopure Salicylic Spot Solution.

The stress of the last few months has left me with many breakouts including large hormonal acne lumps but this beauty is a game changer. I felt (and saw - you couldn't miss it) a lump coming up next to my nose last week. I applied the spot solution before bed and by morning it was GONE. Now some of the bigger spots have taken 2-3 days to reduce but it works wonders.

The only thing I haven't been excited about was the nighttime moisturiser.

2: The Sisterhood Wound*

A free workshop for the lonely business owner craving friends who "get it". Learn the 6 unexpected ways the sisterhood wound directly impacts your bottom line, the 3 dysregulating emotions standing between you + your biz besties and how to open yourself up to the kind of friends who only want to see you win.

Daire's workshops are always jam packed with the juiciest tips, tricks and strategies that can easily be implemented so don't sleep on this one!

3: Money Mentality Makeover*

The doors are open to the world famous programme that'll help you heal your relationship with money. I purchased the course in 2021 and revisit it at least twice a year because it's THAT good.

Every time I watch one of the trainings I walk away with a fresh perspective, feeling inspired and more abundant (even if I've watched it 20 times before). You can read my full, in depth review here.

4: Fresh flowers from Bloom & Wild*

I've always been sceptical about ordering flowers that come in a box through the post but last month I sent some to mum and I was blown away by how beautiful they were. The tulips also came with their bulbs attached which was an added bonus!

The bouquet itself lasted over two weeks (the tulips about a week) and mum's got the bulbs in the cupboard ready to plant in the garden in Spring. Get £10 off when you order through my link above.

5: Red lipstick's having a moment

Years ago, before the confidence journey I've taken myself on, I used to believe you had to be a certain type of person to wear red lipstick. I didn't think I was cool enough, pretty enough, brave enough, confident enough to wear red. Yet when I healed my self perception and created more confidence within myself, I realised I LOVE red lipstick (and clothes!) and the bullshit beliefs I'd had about myself weren't going to stop me from wearing something I love anymore.

I've since built up a nice little collection of red lipsticks but my fave has to be Velvet Ribbon by Lisa Eldridge. I have the matching lip liner too and the staying power is incredible. For a more everyday look, I’m reaching for the Trinny London Just Joyous lipstick in shade Poppy.

I'm also seeing a tonne of videos on the feminist history of red lipstick (like this one) and honestly, it's only making me want to wear it more.

6: Blumene Face Pro*

I love to use this to elevate my skincare routine 1-2 times per week. I'm a more is more kinda gal so I love a skincare tool or gadget. Using this feels super relaxing and like a mini meditation. This is my dedicated self care/self love time so as I'm using the tool, I'll be repeating affirmations to myself.

I notice an instant 'lifted' effect when I use it so as well as my mind being relaxed, it's making a difference to my skin too. They currently have a Valentine's Sale and if you enter code CONFIDENT30S you'll save an extra 35% ❤️

7: Manifest The One

A 10 day, instant access programme designed to help you raise your relationship standards, decide what you actually want and magnetically attract "The One".

If you're actively dating or looking to fall in love this year, this programme is for you. The trainings are all hosted in a private Telegram channel and you get instant access to everything when you sign up.

8: Build Body Confidence

My free guided meditation to help you improve your relationship with your body which honestly, I think is so important. The more connected I feel to my body, the more confident I am and the more confident I am, the better I show up everywhere in my life; whether that's business, for family, friends or even just for myself.

This is the exact practice I used to fall back in love with my body after my 5 year relationship ended unexpectedly and left me hating what I saw in the mirror. The practice is less than 15 minutes long but done daily (or at least weekly) it'll transform your self perception and truly help you to love every inch of yourself.

9: Snooze Band*

This was a gift from my mum for my birthday and when I tell you it's transformed my sleep...I can't go to sleep in silence and with this eye mask it feels like I'm in my own private cocoon. The mask is soft, comfortable, doesn't leave marks on my face and completely blacks out the light (my room still isn't finished so whilst I wait for blinds, it's perfect!).

This'll also be perfect when I start seeing someone as my need to fall asleep to The Big Bang won't disturb them!
