Meet Katie Arathoon, Founder of The Happiness Firm. Katie is a Coach who provides practical wellness solutions to busy people.
She believes that the definition of wellness has become skewed slightly through social media and that busy people feel alienated from the world of self care.
Katie breaks it all down and shows you that wellness is a lot easier to achieve than we think. Having worked in busy industries such as TV production and with the police, Katie knows how challenging (and exhausting) it can be to look after yourself when trying to build a career, and she bases a lot of her strategies on her own experiences.
